One of my favorite things to eat for breakfast I thought I would share with you today! A little yogurt, I like Stonyfield french vanilla for a little sweeter taste, but today I'm trying chobani vanilla for 2x the protein, not as sweet, but still good.
Then I add fruit, today's choices are fresh strawberries, blueberries, and peaches from my tree. Bananas are often good too! Then a handful of raw oats, and a few pecans! YUMMMMM! You have to try it! It will change your life!
